Video examples
Every video on this page was shot and delivered for a Marathon Creative client. Each one shows you exactly what the product on our rate sheet looks like when it lands.
Prices shown are before tax. Texas sales tax of 8.25% is added to every invoice. Attached pricing applies when the video is booked alongside a photo package.
Listing video
The whole house in one continuous move. We walk the property end to end with fast, smooth transitions between rooms, so a buyer sees the full flow in under two minutes. Shot vertical and ready to post the day it lands. Same price with or without you on camera.
Included: up to 2 minutes finished, vertical, subtitles, music, color corrected, you on camera if you want it, 2 revision rounds.
A film, not a tour. We build the piece around an idea, shoot it on a gimbal for smooth motion, cut it to music and grade it. Detail shots, a proper opening and a drone close. What a listing gets when the house deserves more than a walkthrough.
Included: 60 to 90 seconds finished, horizontal 4K, concept and title treatment, detail and feature shots, drone, color grade, licensed music, 2 revision rounds.
A short, fast-cut video built to stop the scroll. You on camera at the top and the tail, with b-roll, drone and bold on-screen graphics carrying the middle. Works for a community, a brand, a development or a team.
Included: 45 to 75 seconds finished, vertical, motion-graphic title cards, subtitles, music, 2 revision rounds.
Sell the neighborhood, not just the listing. We shoot you around the area, at a restaurant, a park, a course, a district, and cut it into one piece that positions you as the person who knows the place. Content that keeps working long after a listing closes.
Included: 60 to 90 seconds finished, vertical, one shoot day, you on camera, subtitles, music, 2 revision rounds. Additional shoot day $175. We need from you: permission to film at each location. We can help ask.
Business and brand video
The most content for the least time. We set up once, in one location with proper lighting and audio, and run your team through it. Everybody delivers to the same setup, so the finished videos look like a series rather than ten unrelated clips. One session produces weeks of a content calendar.
Included: 2 hours on site, 10 to 12 finished pieces, lighting and audio package, one location, subtitles, your logo end card, 2 revision rounds. We need from you: scripts or talking points before the day.
A spot built to run as an ad, not to sit on a profile. We shoot each concept as three hooks, one body and two calls to action, then cut them into variants. That gives you multiple versions to run against each other so you can see which hook actually performs.
Included per concept: 3 hooks, 1 body, 2 calls to action, cut into finished variants, vertical or horizontal, subtitles, scripting support, 2 revision rounds. Each additional concept $500.
The full story, 3 to 4 minutes. For when the reason somebody chose you is worth more than a soundbite. We pre-interview, shoot a real sit-down with up to two people, weave in b-roll and any photos or footage you have, and cut it as a narrative. The short version is one client, one story, 60 to 90 seconds.
Included, long form: 3 to 4 minutes finished, up to 2 subjects, two-camera interview, lighting and lav audio, b-roll session, archival material you supply, 2 revision rounds.
Commercial video
Drone footage of your property with the leasing information animated directly onto it: traffic counts, drive times, highway access, building sizes, delivery dates. The longer versions animate the actual suite divisions onto the aerial, so a prospect sees which space is available and how big it is without opening a site plan. There is no cap on callouts. Your property gets as many as it needs.
Up to 1 minute $650, up to 2 minutes $950, up to 3 minutes $1,200, longer quoted. One property, one site. Horizontal 4K, drone capture, animated callouts, your logo and contact end card, music, 2 revision rounds. We need from you before editing starts: the site plan, suite sizes, delivery date, and any traffic or access figures you want on screen.
Events
The story of the day, not just the highlights. Interviews with the people who made it happen, cut together with candid coverage, activities and drone. This is the piece a developer or a sponsor uses all year. Event coverage itself is $300 per hour for video, $275 for photography, $450 for both, with a two hour minimum, and every booking includes a highlight video.
Included: 2 to 4 minutes finished, interviews captured on the day, lower thirds, drone, music, 2 revision rounds.
We bring the crew to your property or office and run agents through in short slots. Each one leaves with their own branded vertical video shot at your location, so they market your property to their audience and you reach every database in the room. Roughly two hours for ten agents. The video here is one agent's finished piece from a real event.
Included: crew on site, a registration page with confirmations and reminders, one finished branded vertical video per agent, subtitles. Additional 10 agents, and the time for them, $300.
